Coke Oven Gas Burner:
Coke oven gas is a byproduct of the coking industry. After purification, it is also known as town gas and has been widely used in coking, steel, chemical, and surrounding coking industries. Due to the extremely high hydrogen content and fast combustion speed of coke oven gas, it poses greater explosion risks and combustion instability compared to other fuels. Our company's coke oven gas burner takes fuel properties into account in its design, with special treatment for ignition, purging, regulation, and flashback prevention. On the basis of combustion, advanced control technologies such as PLC, touch screen, and industrial computer are adopted to ensure operational reliability.
Performance Features:
1. The ignition source is directly coke oven gas, which is convenient to use.
2. Designed specifically for the characteristics of coke oven gas, taking into account the impact of tar on combustion; an optional heating filter is available.
3. In view of the flammability and explosiveness of the fuel, different treatments are made according to different user sites.
4. No special requirements for gas pressure or composition; users only need to provide the values before ordering. Typically, the gas design pressure is 5–8 kPa.
5. Flame dimensions can be specially designed according to the user's furnace chamber dimensions and requirements.
6. Control systems such as staged combustion, damper-regulated proportional control, variable-frequency proportional control, touch screen digital control, and industrial computer variable-frequency regulation can be configured according to user requirements.
7. Gas and damper are controlled through separate channels, with the air/gas ratio K value set online to accurately control the air/gas ratio and prevent errors caused by linkage transmission.
8. The system is equipped with various interlock protections such as flame over-temperature, over-pressure, and valve group leak detection.
