Blast Furnace Gas Burner:
The blast furnace gas burner is mainly designed for the combustion of blast furnace gas generated by steel enterprises. It is suitable for blast furnace gas at any pressure and any calorific value. The burner adopts multi-head internal mixing technology, ensuring stable combustion, and can achieve automatic ignition, flameout protection, automatic firepower adjustment, and other functions. No wood heat storage is required during ignition, making it easy to use. It is now widely used in steel enterprises and surrounding enterprises.
Performance Features:
1. The fuel type has a low calorific value, approximately 700-900 Kcal/Nm³, making ignition difficult.
2. No requirement on fuel pressure; design and fabrication can be carried out based on the value specified before ordering. Typically, the gas design pressure is 5-8 KPa.
3. Normally used on negative pressure combustion furnaces.
4. Control systems such as stage-fired, damper-regulated proportional, variable-frequency regulated proportional, touchscreen digital control, and industrial computer variable-frequency proportional control can be configured according to user requirements.
5. Gas and damper are controlled through separate channels, with online setting of the air/gas ratio K value, accurately controlling the air/gas ratio and preventing errors caused by linkage transmission.
6. Equipped with flameout protection, automatic ignition, valve leak detection, over-temperature and over-pressure protection, status parameter display, and other functions.
7. The control system follows standard communication protocols and can be connected to the user's upper-level system for communication.
8. With the automatic control system removed, manual combustion can proceed normally and is extremely easy to adjust.
