The ZDL92 Ultrasonic Flow Meter is widely used for online flow measurement of various liquids in industrial sites. The main unit is available in wall-mounted standard, wall-mounted explosion-proof, panel-mounted, and local display types; the sensor is available in clamp-on, insertion, and other configurations. It adopts time difference principle and uses high-precision, ultra-stable dual-balanced signal differential transmission and reception patent digital detection technology to measure the sound wave transmission time in both upstream and downstream directions, calculating the flow velocity based on the time difference.

The product features good stability, low zero-point drift, high measurement accuracy, and strong anti-interference performance. It can measure various liquids that can transmit ultrasonic waves, such as water, seawater, wastewater, alcohol, and various oils, provided they are single-phase, uniform, and stable. It is widely used in water supply companies, industrial water use, and the petroleum and chemical industries.

①It can be connected to 5 channels 4 ~ 20mA input signals (such as temperature, pressure, liquid level, etc.).

②With sound alarm function (such as circuit failure, etc.).

③The host backlight LCD can simultaneously display instantaneous flow, cumulative flow, flow rate, time, heat and other data.

④OCT signal: pulse signal of cumulative flow or frequency signal of instantaneous flow.

⑤Relay: can output nearly 20 kinds of source signals (such as no signal, reverse flow, etc.).

⑥Sound alarm: The buzzer can emit an alarm sound according to the setting.

⑦Signal input: can input 5 channels current signals (such as: temperature, pressure, liquid level and other signals) to achieve heat measurement or a dual-purpose machine.

⑧Automatically memorize the cumulative flow of the previous 64 days, the previous 64 months and the previous 5 years.

⑨Automatically memorizes the time and flow of the first 64 incoming calls and power-off times, and can be filled manually or automatically.

⑩Automatically record whether the working state of the flowmeter is normal and the number of abnormal states in the previous 64 days.

⑪Programmable batch (quantitative) controller.

⑫The measurement accuracy of standard pipe section φ 15 ~ φ 1000 is 0.5%.

⑬JT type pipe: Φ15, Φ20, Φ25, Φ32 and Φ40.

⑭Cable: In principle, the shorter, the better to reduce interference. It can be extended up to 300m, but if it needs to be longer, the cable should be thicker. Additionally, users should ensure that the cable does not run parallel to high-voltage cables.

⑮Pipeline conditions: pipe: carbon steel, stainless steel, cast iron, copper, PVC, aluminum, fiberglass, rigid metals, plastic, etc., with lining allowed.

⑰Straight pipe section: the upstream of the sensor installation point is ≥ 10D, the downstream is ≥ 5D, and the distance from the pump outlet is ≥ 30D (D refers to the pipe diameter).

Velocity range: 0 ~ ± 30 m/s.
