Delivery length:
①The coil length is 100m, and the reel length is no less than 100m.
②Short lengths of no less than 10m are allowed for delivery, and their quantity should not exceed 10% of the total delivery length, with no more than 5 short lengths in each bundle.
③Any length may be delivered according to mutual agreement.
④The length measurement error should not exceed ±0.5%.
