en.Wedoany.com Report, On March 16, the No. 3 high-pressure heater for Unit 5 of China Energy Construction Group's Huaneng Haimen million-kilowatt project was successfully hoisted into position. With this, all four high-pressure heaters and one external steam cooler for this unit have been completely hoisted, laying a solid foundation for subsequent installation work.Image of hoisting operation

This project involves the arrangement of four high-pressure heaters and one steam cooler in the turbine building. The No. 1 high-pressure heater and the steam cooler are located on the 27-meter operating floor. The No. 2 and No. 4 high-pressure heaters are on the 15.5-meter operating floor. The No. 3 high-pressure heater hoisted this time is positioned on the 7.1-meter operating floor. It measures 17.197 meters in length, 3.18 meters in width, with a total weight of 279 tons, and was hoisted using a single 500-ton crawler crane.Image of the high-pressure heater

Faced with challenges such as the significant weight of the No. 3 high-pressure heater, its special hoisting location, and limited workspace, the project department organized the preparation of a specialized construction plan in advance and conducted multiple rounds of technical reviews around the plan to ensure its feasibility and safety. During the hoisting preparation phase, the project department coordinated comprehensively, completing the inspection and maintenance of construction machinery and tools in advance to ensure they were in good condition. For key risk points during the hoisting process, the project department organized relevant personnel to conduct separate safety and technical briefings before the hoisting of each high-pressure heater, clarifying divisions of labor and solidifying responsibilities to ensure every operator was familiar with the procedures and key points. Throughout the hoisting process, the project department implemented unified command. The mechanization and safety departments provided on-site guidance for technical safety work. The owner, supervisor, and project leadership conducted side-by-side supervision. Each technical step was rigorous and standardized, planning was meticulous, organization was effective, and construction processes were tightly connected, improving labor and machinery utilization and ensuring the successful completion of the hoisting and positioning work.
