Steam turbine power generation system

A steam turbine power generation system is a complete power generation system that uses high-temperature and high-pressure steam as the working medium. It converts thermal energy into mechanical energy through a steam turbine, and then converts mechanical energy into electricity through a generator. The system generally consists of a boiler or steam generation unit, steam turbine, generator, condenser, feedwater system, cooling system, lubrication system, speed control system, and grid connection equipment. Its core principle is that steam drives the turbine blades to rotate, which in turn drives the generator to produce electricity. Steam turbine power generation systems are widely used in thermal power plants, biomass power generation, waste-to-energy plants, industrial waste heat power generation, combined heat and power projects, nuclear power plants, and energy centers in large industrial parks. They remain an important form of power generation in conventional energy utilization, industrial energy saving, and integrated energy systems.
