en.Wedoany.com Reported - On July 17, the generator rotor of Unit 6 of the Jiangsu Datang Lvsi Port Project, constructed by China Energy Engineering Group Tianjin Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd., was successfully installed. The rotor, manufactured by Harbin Electric Machinery Company Limited, is of the QFSN3-1120-2 type "water-hydrogen-hydrogen" cooling generator set. With a total length of 15,669.4 mm and a total weight of 97 tons, the rotor is massive in size and requires high precision. The installation operation involved a narrow workspace and complex procedures. The project utilized two bridge cranes in the turbine hall working in coordination, while construction personnel strictly controlled key parameters such as rotor levelness and center clearance, providing meticulous monitoring throughout the process to effectively avoid risks such as collisions and misalignment. The entire process was safe and stable.

The Jiangsu Datang Lvsi Port Project is located in Lvsi Port Town, Qidong City, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, at the center of the Yangtze River Delta power load. The project plans to construct two 1,000 MW high-efficiency clean coal-fired generating units, and, in combination with its own photovoltaic field, will aggregate multiple energy sources for bundled transmission and grid integration via existing outgoing lines, achieving multi-energy complementarity and coupled power generation. Upon completion, the project will support Jiangsu Province's green and low-carbon energy transition, strengthen the foundation of the comprehensive energy base, and assume responsibility for regional energy security and supply assurance.
