Located in Zhangziying Town of Yizhuang New Town and adjacent to the Yizhou Comprehensive Bonded Zone, the project covers an area of approximately 51,500 square meters, with a total planned floor area of about 32,000 square meters. It includes standardized and customized factory buildings for high-end automotive parts, aiming to serve the high-end manufacturing and intelligent connected vehicle industries.
The project's investment and construction entity is Beijing Yizhuang Auto Technology Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Auto Technology Company"). A company representative stated: "Based on the localization support needs of vehicle manufacturers in the Development Area, the project aims to attract high-quality parts suppliers through customized production spaces, building a collaborative 'vehicle + parts' industrial ecosystem platform to enhance the responsiveness of the supply chain."
Upon completion, the project will primarily provide specialized production spaces and supporting services for companies in high-end manufacturing, intelligent connected vehicles, new materials, and other fields. In January of this year, Auto Technology Company signed a customization agreement with Beijing CoreTech Power Technology Co., Ltd. to support the commercialization of its research achievements and bolster the digital transformation of power systems.
The representative of Auto Technology Company added: "Subsequently, we will advance the project construction to ensure the on-time delivery of the industrial space. We will also conduct targeted investment promotion focusing on key industrial chains such as automobiles, intelligent manufacturing, and new materials, refining the 'park + industry + ecosystem' development model. Our goal is to create a hub-type industrial service platform connecting vehicle manufacturers and parts suppliers, supporting the automotive industry upgrade in the Development Area and the construction of 'Beijing Yizhuang · Automotive Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation City.'"
