Li Huidi, Deputy General Manager of China Mobile, attended the forum and delivered a keynote speech. Representatives from relevant government departments, industry organizations, and leading enterprises participated in the event.
Li Huidi pointed out that the central government has deployed the construction of "Six Networks," and the computing power network, as a core new type of infrastructure in the digital era, has been incorporated into the national-level modern infrastructure system of the "15th Five-Year Plan." Currently, Tokens are experiencing explosive growth, driving the digital economy into a new stage of intelligent economy where Token serves as the value benchmark and intelligent services are the core form. In the past, the mobile internet was centered on traffic and measured in bytes. Now, the computing power network and intelligent network are driving the information and communication industry towards a new stage of dual growth in Token usage and Byte traffic, making the enhancement of per-unit Token value a core competitiveness.
Li Huidi emphasized that China Mobile is building full-stack computing power infrastructure capabilities around the entire chain of Token production, transmission, and operation. In the production phase, it is advancing the construction of a national integrated computing power network, innovating computing power supply models, completing end-to-end verification for Token overseas services in Shantou, filling a gap in domestic compliant overseas practices, building the SPEC full-stack technology system, and providing specialized AIDC customization services. In the transmission phase, it is creating integrated computing and network capabilities with original technologies such as GSE DCI, fgOTN, and 50G PON. The Computing Network Intelligence Brain enables integrated resource management, reducing end-to-end latency across the eight major computing hubs to 12 milliseconds, and opening up over 2,900 network capabilities, providing high-value users with dedicated network services featuring deterministic latency, bandwidth, path, and quality for Token transmission. In the operation phase, it is innovating a computing-power synergy model, linking with clean energy in the west to build source-grid-load-storage and green microgrid computing power projects, effectively solving the high energy consumption bottleneck of AI computing power, creating AIDC full-stack operation and maintenance services, and building an "integrated, end-to-end trusted" computing network security system, offering customers a "move-in ready" comprehensive guarantee.
To date, China Mobile has built the world's largest 400G OTN backbone network and G-SRv6 intelligent internet, significantly reducing cross-border transmission latency. Its intelligent computing centers, closely aligned with the "East Data, West Computing" strategic layout, have also achieved leading intelligent computing supply capabilities. At the event, China Mobile systematically showcased its technological achievements in AIDC, computing power resources, network-enhanced computing, computing-power synergy, security and trustworthiness, and advanced operation and maintenance, covering full-stack capabilities from underlying chips to upper-layer scheduling, centered around three main themes: "Core Capabilities, Intelligent Scheduling, and Comprehensive Guarantee."
Looking to the future, Li Huidi stated that China Mobile will continue to strengthen its computing power foundation, optimize full-stack capabilities, and deepen ecosystem cooperation. It will accelerate the large-scale deployment of high-level autonomous networks, tackle key technologies such as APN, promote the semantic opening of network capabilities, achieve an upgrade from network determinism to Token determinism, and deepen cooperation with partners in the power, equipment, and internet sectors to jointly build intelligent computing infrastructure, improve the security system, and create an application ecosystem, thereby solidifying the computing power foundation for the AI era.
