en.Wedoany.com Reported - G2 announced new product features on June 17, integrating its buyer behavior data directly into AI agents, CRM, and enterprise analytics environments to help go-to-market teams convert buyer signals into actions. These innovations include MCP integrations across six category-leading platforms, expanded buyer intent signals from Capterra, Software Advice, and GetApp, a new Intent Studio, and AI Blueprints.

A G2 survey of 1,000 B2B software buyers revealed that 51% of respondents now prefer starting software research via AI chatbots over Google. This shift creates visibility issues for software companies: while buyers are active, their activities within AI tools cannot be displayed in CRM or trigger alerts. Signals do exist, but most teams are unable to act on them at critical moments.

G2 Chief Product and Technology Officer Alexis Zheng stated that buyers are building software shortlists through AI tools before revenue teams become aware, and trust has become a key factor determining AI recommendations. G2 is placing these first-party datasets directly into the platforms used by go-to-market teams, helping them discover buyer needs and act faster through MCP integrations, expanded buyer intent data, and AI Blueprints.

G2's MCP integrations have gained early adoption, with over 350 customers and more than 100 weekly active users already querying buyer intent and customer reviews within their daily tools. G2 now offers MCP integrations for the following platforms: ChatGPT, Claude, HubSpot, Gong, Profound, and AirOps. Additionally, G2 has launched data connectors for Snowflake, BigQuery, and Databricks.

In terms of buyer intent, G2 has expanded its coverage on Capterra, GetApp, and Software Advice, providing teams with up to twice the buyer signals. New products include Intent Studio, which allows teams to build and target audiences based on buyer intent and engagement signals, and Activity Feed, which displays the 10 most recent signals per account, including details such as category research and competitor comparisons.

G2 also introduced new tools to amplify customer voice, including Review Rally, which enables teams to run review campaigns by creating contests and real-time leaderboards; Guided Review Experience, a redesigned review process; and Review Optimizer, which identifies the best review actions based on real-time competitive signals.

AI Blueprints is another feature launched by G2, containing over 500 AI skills and workflows submitted by actual practitioners, covering the strategies, processes, tools, and business impacts behind AI implementation across various use cases. Each Blueprint includes options to save or directly bring the skill into existing environments.

G2 is the world's largest source of B2B software data, with its ecosystem including Capterra, Software Advice, and GetApp, serving over 200 million buyers annually. Companies such as Salesforce, IBM, SAP, and Adobe trust G2 to influence discovery, build brand credibility, and accelerate revenue growth.
