en.Wedoany.com Reported - AI chip startup Rebellions announced on June 22 that it has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with AI workflow automation provider CCK Solution to support enterprise artificial intelligence transformation (AX) initiatives.

Under the collaboration, Rebellions and CCK Solution plan to provide agentic AI solutions for back-office functions such as accounting and administrative operations, areas that can be automated or replace labor-intensive tasks through AI. The two companies aim to build infrastructure to enhance the efficiency of agentic AI systems, which typically consume large amounts of tokens, while offering integrated services that customers can deploy immediately.

Specific infrastructure plans have not yet been finalized. Potential collaboration models include supplying Rebellions' AI chips for CCK Solution's server platforms, providing Neural Processing Unit as a Service (NPUaaS) solutions through partnerships with cloud service providers, or deploying dedicated AI server infrastructure directly within customer data centers. The two companies have also not yet determined which AI processors will be used in the initiative.

A representative from Rebellions stated that relevant details still require in-depth discussion, and more information will be disclosed only after the plans are finalized. Rebellions currently offers a range of low-power, high-performance server-grade NPU product portfolios, including the Atom and Rebel product lines. Its second-generation NPU, the Rebel-100, is in mass production and is expected to begin shipping to customers in the second half of this year. Rebellions CEO Park Sung-hyun believes that this collaboration will help meet the growing demand for AI transformation projects in both the public and private sectors. Park stated that the company will work with CCK Solution to address the increasing AX needs in the government and enterprise markets.

CCK Solution CEO Cho Hyun-soo noted that the company will leverage its AI work platform technology to create an AI ecosystem that enables customers to achieve tangible results.
