The company plans to collaborate with global enterprises such as AWS throughout the process to unify network equipment from different vendors into a single AI solution for control, thereby enhancing network flexibility and scalability. SK Telecom will also strengthen its in-house R&D capabilities based on AX (AI Transformation). Employees are currently developing and operating over 1,000 autonomous network platforms and AI agents independently. The AI control system "Spider" can centrally monitor core network equipment, automatically detect anomalies, and recommend corrective actions, integrating previously device-separated monitoring systems to improve efficiency and stability.
