Through the joint booth, Namu Technology introduced a full-stack Agentic AI strategy covering the entire process from enterprise AI adoption to operation. Based on the Dell Technologies AI Factory infrastructure and combined with its 'NAMU Agentic AI' and AI operation technologies, Namu Technology proposed a Private AI construction plan that balances data sovereignty and security, and demonstrated AI services and operational systems tailored to business scenarios.

Namu Technology's Chief AI Officer, Ko Woo-joo (고우주), delivered a keynote speech titled 'Full-Stack Agentic AI Strategy for Enterprise Private AI Construction,' analyzing the 'three major barriers' enterprises face when adopting Agentic AI—cost, complexity, and insufficient operational capabilities—and introduced a full-stack Private AI strategy to address these issues.

The speech also elaborated on inference optimization based on lightweight SLM and vLLM, multi-agent collaboration via MCP, and methods to ensure cost efficiency and operational stability through the LLMOps system.

Based on the full-stack architecture integrating Dell Technologies AI Factory GPU infrastructure with NAA, the presentation outlined a direction for integrated Private AI construction spanning from GPU infrastructure to AI platforms and agent applications.

The conference showcased Private AI application solutions and operational practices across various industries through cases such as automated CRO professional reports, the Seoul Tourism Organization's travel data MCP server construction, and global sovereign AI platforms.

Ko Woo-joo (고우주) stated that as the adoption of Agentic AI expands, cost, complexity, and insufficient operational capabilities are becoming major challenges for enterprises. By leveraging a mature full-stack architecture based on Private AI, companies can enhance operational efficiency and cost competitiveness while ensuring data sovereignty and security.

Additionally, as a Dell Technologies Titanium partner, Namu Technology plans to continue supporting the construction of customized Private AI environments for its clients.
