On the 25th, East-West Power announced that it signed a "Business Agreement for Cooperation in Bidirectional EV Charger Operation" with Zenith Korea and Monit in Jeonju, North Jeolla Province. East-West Power will collaborate with the two companies to establish a foundation for bidirectional charger operation, advancing power system stabilization and discovering new energy businesses.

East-West Power will be responsible for overall coordination of charger operations and will conduct promotional activities to expand EV adoption and charging infrastructure. Zenith Korea will handle the supply and maintenance of bidirectional chargers, while Monit will be responsible for developing the charger operation system and providing technical support for energy businesses.

Nam Seok-yeol, Vice President of East-West Power, stated that through corporate collaboration, the company has expanded the application base for bidirectional charging technology and identified new energy business models. He added that this will contribute to national policies such as power system stabilization and local economic revitalization, while continuously building a mutually beneficial growth ecosystem.
