Tencent's public relations manager Zhang Jun announced this on China's messaging platform Weibo. According to him, Dayuan can automatically understand user requests and respond based on user needs. Within WeCom, users can summon Dayuan by simply swiping left at any time. This feature intelligently identifies the user's current interface, helping to understand problems and resolve them more effectively.

Targeting the Chinese enterprise market, Tencent holds an advantage in the AI field due to WeCom's vast customer base. Earlier this month, Tencent announced the launch of a series of AI productivity agents to meet enterprises' growing demand for more AI tools.

Tencent has recently increased its investment in the AI sector to compete with its American rivals. In April this year, the company released an updated version of its Hunyuan model, striving to catch up with more established AI companies such as ByteDance, Alibaba, and DeepSeek.

Leveraging its massive user data supply, Dayuan will provide a boost to Tencent and strengthen China's substantive competition with American products in the AI field.
