The vessel features a large working deck, accommodates up to 12 personnel, and is equipped with a DP1 dynamic positioning system, a four-point mooring system, and is prepared for an A-frame.

The contract was signed at the Van Wijngaarden Marine Services office. The vessel is expected to be delivered in September this year and will become the fourth ship built by Neptune Marine in the Van Wijngaarden Marine Services fleet. Notably, in June 2025, Van Wijngaarden Marine Services signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Kooiman Marine Group for the design and construction of a DP2 multi-purpose vessel (MPV) with diesel-electric hybrid propulsion. This 47-meter multi-purpose vessel will support subsea operations and offshore renewable energy projects.
