The new portfolio comprises two 40MWp solar farms, strategically located in the Indre region and Charente Maritime. These sites were originally military bases but have been repurposed for sheep farming, showcasing a unique blend of renewable energy and agricultural practices.

The technical due diligence, carried out by Natural Power, a renowned renewable energy consultancy, was pivotal in ensuring the successful integration of these projects. William Delabre, head of solar at Natural Power, highlighted the importance of this acquisition, emphasizing the alignment with Europe’s push toward sustainability.
