South Korea's Ridi Announces AI Builders Project to Drive Business Innovation

Ridi, centered around its internal AX team, has operated various support systems including AI education, case sharing, and guideline development. The "AI Builders" project, launched this year, aims to support non-developers in directly developing work efficiency tools using programming agents. Participants engage in projects addressing their actual work challenges through customized education and coaching, producing results that can be immediately applied to their tasks.

To date, multiple projects have been carried out through "AI Builders," including automation of illegal distribution site monitoring, recruitment process automation, metadata collection automation, promotion operation automation, and log event design and quality assurance automation.

Additionally, the company holds internal AI application seminars, creates and distributes content featuring outstanding AX cases, and provides AI application checklists and guidelines for business personnel.

A Ridi representative stated that AI application capability is no longer a specialty for specific job groups but a basic competency that all members should possess. The company will continue to support an environment where everyone can leverage AI to improve work and create new value.
