en.Wedoany.com Reported - Pfeiffer Vacuum+Fab Solutions has launched the DuoVane 12 C and 22 C rotary vane vacuum pumps, with pumping speeds of 12 m³/h and 22 m³/h respectively, and an ultimate pressure of less than 4·10⁻³ hPa (mbar). The DuoVane series vacuum pumps are known for their compact structure and robust design, and are equipped with globally compatible single-phase and three-phase motor versions.

The C version is developed for highly corrosive application scenarios. Its core components use highly corrosion-resistant PEEK vanes, which can better withstand various media in the process. When used in conjunction with high-purity perfluoropolyether (PFPE) inert oil, the synergistic effect of the two can slow down the chemical aging process, thereby ensuring the long-term stability and reliability of the equipment.

The pump is equipped with a stainless steel gas ballast system, capable of stably handling condensable and corrosive process media. The innovative design reduces the risk of leakage, preventing both air from entering the pump body and accidental leakage of process media. The DuoVane C features two types of 1/8-inch threaded ports, allowing the automatic valve to be flexibly assembled in two installation orientations, facilitating integration with the process flow, enhancing process safety and the pump's adaptability in applications with high corrosion resistance requirements.

This vacuum pump can provide a stable pressure baseline, meeting the critical requirements for pressure stability in applications such as leak detection. The optimized high-vacuum safety valve can close quickly in the event of shutdown or malfunction, effectively preventing contamination.

"The DuoVane C is the upgrade and replacement for the previous Pascal series and DuoLine C versions. We have continued and leveraged the proven advantages of these products on the new DuoVane platform. This vacuum pump features global compatibility, reliable operation, and excellent performance," said Fabian Böcher, Product Manager for Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps at Pfeiffer Vacuum+Fab Solutions.
