Third, leverage resource endowments to seize opportunities in the digital track. Seize policy opportunities in computing power networks and the low-altitude economy, accurately deploy computing power projects based on local industrial needs; tap into the core revenue growth potential of government-enterprise dedicated lines, expand cooperation with key industries such as petrochemicals and mining; accelerate the development of proprietary AI content production tools, expand multilingual digital cultural industries targeting the Xinjiang and surrounding markets, and create a Xinjiang model for CBN's digital economy.
Fourth, deepen central-local coordination and consolidate the synergy of mutual empowerment. The group will continue to empower the Xinjiang Company comprehensively.
