Qiu Baohua previously served as Deputy General Manager of the Data Department and General Manager of the Mobile Internet Operations Center of Fujian Mobile; General Manager of Putian Mobile; Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Fujian Mobile (promoted in 2017 through a large-scale group competitive selection); Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman, and General Manager of Guangxi Mobile (promoted in June 2022); and General Manager of the Marketing Department of China Mobile Group (transferred in May 2024).
With the addition of Qiu Baohua, the leadership of China Unicom Group has once again formed a "nine-grid" structure. They are: Chairman and Party Secretary Dong Xin; Director, President, and Deputy Party Secretary Jian Qin; Director and Deputy Party Secretary Tang Yongbo; Head of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission stationed at China United Network Communications Group Co., Ltd. and Party Leadership Group Member Dong Qun; Chief Accountant and Party Leadership Group Member Li Yuzhuo; and Vice Presidents and Party Leadership Group Members (Hao Liqian, Miao Shouye, Zhu Hanwu, and Qiu Baohua).
Dong Xin, born in April 1966, holds a Master's degree in Financial Management and a Doctorate in Business Administration, and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He previously served as Director of the Finance Department of China Mobile Communications Group, Chairman, President, and Party Secretary of Hainan Company, Director of the Planning Department of China Mobile Communications Group, Chairman, President, and Party Secretary of Henan Company, Chairman, President, and Party Committee Member of Beijing Company, Vice President, Chief Accountant, and Party Leadership Group Member of China Mobile Communications Group, and Director, President, and Deputy Party Secretary of China Mobile Communications Group. He also served as Deputy Director and Party Leadership Group Member of the National Radio and Television Administration. He currently serves as Chairman and Party Secretary of China United Network Communications Group Co., Ltd.
Jian Qin, born in March 1966, holds a graduate degree and a Doctorate in Economics, and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He previously served as Party Secretary, Chairman, and General Manager of Jiangxi Mobile, Party Secretary, Chairman, and General Manager of Sichuan Mobile, Party Secretary, Chairman, and General Manager of Guangdong Mobile, Vice President and Party Leadership Group Member of China Mobile Communications Group, and Director and Deputy Party Secretary of China Post Group Co., Ltd. He currently serves as Director, President, and Deputy Party Secretary of China United Network Communications Group Co., Ltd.
Tang Yongbo, born in February 1974, holds a graduate degree and a Master's degree in Business Administration, and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He previously served as Vice President and Party Committee Member of China Unicom Hunan Branch, President and Party Secretary of China Unicom Hunan Branch, General Manager of the Marketing Department of China Unicom Group, and Vice President and Party Leadership Group Member of China United Network Communications Group Co., Ltd. He was also a deputy to the 13th National People's Congress. He currently serves as Director and Deputy Party Secretary of China United Network Communications Group Co., Ltd.
Dong Qun, born in January 1967, holds a graduate degree and a Master's degree in Management, and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He previously served as Deputy Party Secretary, Discipline Inspection Commission Secretary, and Labor Union Chairman of the Third Academy of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation, Party Secretary and Vice President of the First Academy of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation, Party Secretary and Vice President of the Tenth Academy of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation, and Party Secretary and President of the Tenth Academy of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation. He currently serves as Head of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission stationed at China United Network Communications Group Co., Ltd., and Party Leadership Group Member of China United Network Communications Group Co., Ltd.
Li Yuzhuo, born in December 1972, holds a graduate degree and a Master's degree in Business Administration, and is a member of the Communist Party of China. She previously served as Director of the Finance Department of China Nonferrous Engineering Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager of China ENFI Engineering Corporation, Director of the Capital Department and Board Secretary of China Metallurgical Group Corporation (Metallurgical Corporation of China Ltd.), and Director of the Capital Operations Department of China Minmetals Corporation. She currently serves as Chief Accountant and Party Leadership Group Member of China United Network Communications Group Co., Ltd.
Hao Liqian, born in April 1971, holds a graduate degree and a Master's degree in Business Administration, and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He previously served as General Manager of the Human Resources Department of China Unicom Shandong Branch, Party Secretary and General Manager of China Unicom Jinan Branch, Party Secretary and General Manager of China Unicom Hainan Branch, Party Secretary and General Manager of China Unicom Hebei Branch, and Party Secretary and General Manager of China Unicom Guangdong Branch. He currently serves as Vice President and Party Leadership Group Member of China United Network Communications Group Co., Ltd.
Miao Shouye, born in November 1977, holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Engineering, and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He previously served as Vice President and Party Committee Member of China Unicom Hubei Branch, Full-time Deputy Director of the 5G Promotion Leading Group Office of China Unicom Group, Head of the 5G Co-construction and Sharing Working Group of China Unicom Group, and General Manager of the Network and Information Security Department of China Unicom Group. He currently serves as Vice President and Party Leadership Group Member of China United Network Communications Group Co., Ltd.
Zhu Hanwu, born in October 1972, holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Business Administration, and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He previously served as Party Committee Member, Director, and Deputy General Manager of China Mobile Guangdong Company, Party Secretary, Chairman, and General Manager of China Mobile Hainan Company, and Party Secretary, Chairman, and General Manager of China Mobile Shandong Company. He currently serves as Vice President and Party Leadership Group Member of China United Network Communications Group Co., Ltd.
