Constl, a subsidiary of Space World Group focused on next-generation digital infrastructure, stated that the financing will accelerate its ongoing deployment of greenfield fiber optic networks in India's AI corridor and support investments in next-generation network technologies. The network expansion aims to meet the growing connectivity demands of hyperscalers, AI infrastructure providers, and cloud service providers.

Ankit Goel, Founder of Space World Group and Founder of Constl, stated: "As India's AI ecosystem evolves and new data center hubs emerge, the demand for resilient, low-latency, and future-ready networks has never been stronger. This financing is a strong endorsement of our long-term vision and will enable us to accelerate the deployment of greenfield fiber infrastructure tailored for the AI era, while continuing to invest in next-generation network technologies."

Samuel Joseph Jebaraj, Deputy Managing Director of NaBFID, stated: "The development of AI infrastructure, including AI corridors, hyperscale data centers, and digital connectivity networks, requires substantial capital investment. In this context, NaBFID aims to play a pivotal role by providing infrastructure financing solutions to support the growth and expansion of these emerging sectors."

Cadmus Capital Advisors served as the sole financial advisor for the transaction. Previously, in March 2026, Constl had partnered with Nokia to deploy a nationwide Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) optical transmission network.
