en.Wedoany.com Reported - Magna AI, a company established through a partnership between Trend Micro and Wistron Digital Technology Holding Company (WDH) with technical support from NVIDIA, today announced a strategic collaboration with Saudi Xerox. Saudi Xerox is the official representative of Xerox Trading Company in Saudi Arabia, dedicated to redefining the workplace experience through solutions that improve business processes, automation, and printing technologies. The initiative was officially signed during the Global AI Show 2026 in Riyadh by Dr. Moataz BinAli, CEO of Magna AI, and Mehmet Sezer, General Manager of Saudi Xerox.

The strategic collaboration framework will enable both companies to advance AI data centers, sovereign AI factory capabilities, secure AI platforms, and support large-scale AI adoption for government-led national initiatives and enterprise customers. The partnership aims to support Saudi Arabia's digital transformation agenda and the goals of "Vision 2030," with a focus on achieving secure, scalable, and locally relevant AI adoption in both the public and private sectors.

This collaboration comes at a time of rapid expansion in Saudi Arabia's AI infrastructure sector. According to Mordor Intelligence, the Saudi AI data center market is expected to grow from $630 million in 2025 to $1.74 billion by 2030, with a compound annual growth rate exceeding 22%. This growth is primarily driven by "Vision 2030" digital investments, government data sovereignty requirements, and rising demand for locally hosted AI workloads.

Under the agreement, Magna AI will lead AI factory architecture, platform development, AI security, and governance frameworks, while Saudi Xerox will support local infrastructure integration, security operations, compliance alignment, and on-site execution across Saudi Arabia. The two parties plan to collaborate in several areas, including: development of sovereign AI factories for large-scale model training, fine-tuning, inference, agentic AI operations, and data pipelines; secure AI operations compliant with Saudi data residency and cybersecurity requirements; industry-specific AI applications for government and enterprise; and AI skills development and capacity building.

Dr. Moataz BinAli, CEO of Magna AI, stated that Saudi Arabia is building one of the most ambitious national AI agendas globally, which requires infrastructure with built-in governance and security, tailored to organizations' own needs rather than vendor defaults. By combining Magna's full-value-chain AI factory capabilities with Saudi Xerox's deep local presence in Saudi Arabia, government and enterprise organizations can transition from AI vision to scaled AI deployment on their own controlled infrastructure. Mehmet Sezer, General Manager of Saudi Xerox, noted that this joint effort integrates Magna's AI platform and security expertise with Saudi Arabia's established service and execution capabilities, enabling national institutions and enterprises to confidently adopt advanced AI while complying with local regulatory requirements.

Magna AI is the main sponsor of the Global AI Show 2026. Over the two-day event, Magna AI showcased its sovereign AI infrastructure and enterprise AI platform, along with security and industry-focused solutions. Magna AI's leadership also provided insights to organizations across various industries seeking to build production-grade AI that delivers measurable business outcomes.
