This route connects Stavanger and Haugesund on the E39 highway in southern Norway. The agreement covers fuel supply for four main ferries and one backup ferry.

Jacob Granqvist, Vice President of Gasum's Maritime division, stated that Fjord1 has chosen Gasum as the LNG supplier for this important ferry route, highlighting the company's ability to provide reliable LNG deliveries for demanding maritime operations through a fully integrated and seamless supply chain.
