en.Wedoany.com Reported - On July 2, the Tianjia'an District Old Residential Community Renovation Project Department of China Energy Engineering Construction Group, in collaboration with the Chaoyang Street Community Health Service Center, conducted a free clinic activity to deliver health care to frontline construction workers, further implementing the "Five Shared and Three Have" philosophy, advancing the "Practical Matters for the People" mechanism, and strengthening the foundation for project safety production.
At the activity site, medical staff brought equipment such as blood pressure monitors and blood glucose meters to the construction frontline, providing services including blood pressure and blood glucose measurements and health consultations. They focused on explaining common occupational health issues under high-temperature weather, and based on the reality of long-term outdoor work for construction personnel, popularized knowledge on heatstroke prevention and common disease prevention, reminding everyone to enhance self-protection awareness and develop healthy living habits.
During the free clinic, medical staff carefully inquired about the workers' physical conditions, patiently answered their questions regarding high blood pressure, high blood sugar, joint pain, and other issues, provided targeted suggestions for those with health risks, and urged everyone to arrange work and rest schedules reasonably, paying attention to construction safety and physical health.
This free clinic activity not only allowed frontline workers to access convenient medical services at their "doorstep" but also further enhanced their sense of gain, happiness, and belonging, creating a positive atmosphere of caring for and respecting laborers.
In the next step, the project department will regularly carry out warm-hearted activities such as health care and cooling-off initiatives, implement the "Healthy Energy Construction" requirements, continuously improve the happiness index of frontline employees and workers, and promote the construction of livelihood projects with safer, higher-quality, and more efficient performance results.
