en.Wedoany.com Reported - On July 1, He Yang, Deputy Director of China's National Energy Administration, met with Yu Yunsa, Executive Director of Électricité de France (EDF) in Beijing. The two sides exchanged views on topics including China's "15th Five-Year Plan" for energy and cooperation in the clean energy sector.

During the meeting, He Yang stated that during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, China will vigorously develop clean energy, expand investment in the renewable energy sector, and consistently adhere to an open policy to create a market-oriented, law-based, and internationalized business environment. He welcomed foreign enterprises, including Électricité de France, to deepen their presence in the Chinese market and to strengthen practical cooperation with Chinese companies across various energy fields.

Yu Yunsa stated that Électricité de France has maintained a good cooperative relationship with Chinese enterprises, and China has always been a core market for EDF's deep-rooted development. EDF is willing to leverage its traditional technological advantages to collaborate with Chinese companies in areas such as nuclear power, electrification, emerging technologies, and third-party markets.

Officials from the Nuclear Power Department, New Energy Department, and International Department of China's National Energy Administration attended the meeting.
