Building on their initial strategic partnership from May 2025, the two parties have expanded the scope of cooperation to include maintenance parts warehousing, routine wheel maintenance, power batteries, three-electric system repairs, and deep maintenance projects such as chassis repairs. This marks an upgrade of their collaboration from basic maintenance to systematic service support.

Zhao You, Executive President of Neolix, and Xie Jinghua, Chief Product Officer, along with Hu Xiaodong, President of Tuhu Car Care, and Xu Wen, Head of New Energy Business, attended the signing ceremony.
According to the agreement, both parties will jointly build a nationwide maintenance network for intelligent electric vehicles. Leveraging its nationwide network of service centers and standardized operational systems, Tuhu Car Care will provide maintenance services for Neolix autonomous vehicles across the country, including county-level markets. The goal is to establish the first standardized after-sales maintenance network for new energy commercial vehicles in China, ensuring stable and continuous service support for large-scale vehicle operations.
In terms of building new energy maintenance capabilities, the two parties plan to deploy dedicated repair stations for new energy three-electric systems at key service centers and establish a technician certification system for new energy commercial vehicles. By unifying maintenance standards, technical training, and quality management, they aim to enhance repair capabilities for core components such as power batteries, achieving professional and standardized maintenance delivery.
The two parties also jointly released a service standard of "30-minute response, 24-hour repair." Targeting the high-frequency operation characteristics of new energy logistics vehicles, this service standard aims to establish a rapid response and efficient repair mechanism to reduce vehicle downtime and improve operational efficiency.

In the future, the two parties will deepen collaboration to improve the after-sales service system for new energy intelligent vehicles. They also plan to explore cooperation around emerging businesses such as Neolix's embodied intelligent robots, investigating innovative scenarios like robot operation and maintenance support and logistics automation, thereby expanding the boundaries of after-sales services for intelligent equipment.
Hu Xiaodong, President of Tuhu Car Care, stated that the rapid development of autonomous driving technology is driving the upgrade of the last mile of logistics delivery. Cooperation with Neolix represents a key strategic choice for Tuhu Car Care in the field of intelligent mobility services. He expressed hope that through Tuhu's standardized service network, they could provide full-cycle service support for the Neolix autonomous vehicle fleet.
Zhao You, Executive President of Neolix, noted that large-scale fleet operations require strong backend service system support, and cooperation with Tuhu will help improve service quality and operational efficiency. Currently, Neolix autonomous vehicles are deployed and operating in nearly 20 countries and regions and over 300 cities worldwide, with a cumulative autonomous driving mileage exceeding 170 million kilometers.
