Özgür F. Kut, General Manager of GLS Türkiye, stated that Turkish businesses and consumers require a parcel service provider that combines international operational excellence with deep local insights. The team possesses extensive experience in the Turkish logistics market and is committed to building an operational system tailored to local needs, while delivering the reliability and service quality that GLS has demonstrated across Europe.

Dr. Karl Pfaff, General Manager of the GLS Group, noted that Turkey is a strategic extension of GLS's European network and a key cross-continental gateway to Asia. For years, GLS has observed strong cross-border parcel flows between Turkey and Europe, and establishing a local presence will enable more efficient service for these connections. Dr. Karl Pfaff expressed pride in having an exceptional team of Turkish entrepreneurs.
