en.Wedoany.com Reported - AGIBOT held its 2026 UK Partner Conference (APC) in London, showcasing the European debut of its next-generation humanoid robot, the AGIBOT A3, and launching a Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) model for the UK market, laying the foundation for the company's expansion strategy in Europe.
At the conference, AGIBOT emphasized its commitment to building a sustainable embodied intelligence ecosystem in the UK and Europe. The event focused on product innovation, flexible business models, and local deployment practices, with highlights including the European debut of the AGIBOT A3, the launch of the UK RaaS model, and collaborations with local partners to explore real-world applications in the UK.
William Shi, President of AGIBOT's European and American Markets, stated that the UK is a strategically significant market for AGIBOT's global expansion, boasting a strong innovation ecosystem, a mature partner network, and diverse real-world scenarios where embodied intelligence can create value. Through the 2026 UK APC, the company aims to collaborate more closely with local partners to bring technology, products, and service capabilities into practical applications, using the UK as a key starting point for broader deployment across Europe.
Shyen Kotecha, Head of Robotics and Connectivity at Scancom, noted that AGIBOT is one of the most dynamic companies in the global humanoid robot industry, with a strong product portfolio and a clear focus on practical deployment. Scancom is delighted to partner with AGIBOT to bring these technologies closer to UK customers. By combining AGIBOT's robotic capabilities with Scancom's local channels, customer resources, logistics, and service support, they believe they can accelerate the application of embodied intelligent robots in real-world scenarios such as education, retail, commercial services, and logistics.

As one of the main highlights of the 2026 UK APC, AGIBOT presented the European debut of its next-generation humanoid robot, the AGIBOT A3. The AGIBOT A3 features a reinforced structure using magnesium alloy and titanium alloy, weighing only 55 kg; a dual-battery system provides a nominal endurance of up to 10 hours, with a 10-second battery swap to extend operation time. Standing 173 cm tall with a head-to-body ratio of 1:9, the robot is designed to combine enhanced motion performance, longer operation time, and a more natural appearance. Built for practical deployment, the AGIBOT A3 supports dynamic movements, multimodal interaction, shoulder touch sensing, and UWB centimeter-level positioning for multi-robot formations and group performances without the need for additional hardware modifications. It can be carried by a single person, self-unboxed, and transported in a standard SUV, making it suitable for public-facing applications such as education, entertainment, exhibitions, customer interaction, guided tours, and commercial facilities.

A key part of AGIBOT's UK strategy is the local RaaS model launched in partnership with UK collaborators. This model aims to make advanced embodied intelligent robots more accessible without requiring large upfront investments. It combines AGIBOT's robotic products and embodied intelligence capabilities with local partners' logistics, services, technical support, and customer delivery resources. In the UK, AGIBOT humanoid robots start at a rental price of £1,999 per day, and quadruped robots start at £899 per day, with localized deployment and operational support. The RaaS model is applicable to various real-world scenarios, including education, university research, exhibitions, customer interaction, commercial services, logistics, and facility operations.

AGIBOT has initiated local retail deployments and scenario showcases in the UK, including at Smart City, a retail venue operated by Smart City Consultancy in Milton Keynes, where visitors can experience AGIBOT robots in a consumer-facing environment. The company has set up a dedicated area showcasing the AGIBOT A3, AGIBOT X2, AGIBOT A2, and AGIBOT D1 quadruped robot, bringing embodied intelligent robots into a real public retail setting. This deployment aims to explore how AGIBOT robots can support customer attraction, traffic interaction, reception, guided tour interaction, brand promotion, and smart retail experiences in shopping malls and commercial spaces.

Beyond the UK, AGIBOT is expanding its European operations in key markets such as Italy, Germany, and Spain, establishing local partnerships focused on scenario adaptation, localized services, distribution, and flexible deployment models. The 2026 UK APC marks a significant step in AGIBOT's long-term strategy to advance the practical deployment of embodied intelligence in Europe. Moving forward, the company will continue to collaborate with local partners and industry clients to explore scalable deployment pathways in scenarios such as education, commercial services, and logistics.
