en.Wedoany.com Reported - Bio-AI startup Amply has announced a seed investment from Blue Point Partners, with the investment amount and company valuation undisclosed. Amply's core technology is based on nanobio research from Yonsei University, known as the "Triple-S" diagnostic technology. This technology employs a world-first clip-type compression sampling method to solve the challenge of detecting low-concentration substances. Additionally, the company has developed the ultra-high-sensitivity bio-AI diagnostic system "A-cube" and the deep learning-based quantitative analysis technology "Amp.Vision," which reportedly achieves up to 99% reading accuracy.
Since its establishment in July 2024, Amply has completed the development and launch of multiple products in a short period, achieving sales growth. Through its own consumer brand "Winti," the company has rolled out a series of products covering daily health diagnostics, including the nutritional balance self-diagnosis kit LIV8, the skin pH diagnostic smart kit "SkinCheck," the male fertility diagnostic kit MSK, and the post-sexual activity self-diagnosis kit ASK. The diagnostic results from these products can be converted into personalized solution purchase recommendations, forming a data-driven repeat consumption model that traditional consumer goods companies find difficult to replicate.
Amply's technological capabilities have also been validated through collaborations with large corporations. The company jointly developed a smart diaper-based infant health diagnostic solution with Yuhan Kimberly. This solution performs quantitative analysis of biomarkers the moment urine is absorbed by the diaper, assessing the infant's nutritional status and abnormal signals. This collaborative achievement earned both companies the Minister Award from the Ministry of SMEs and Startups of South Korea.
Moon Soo-bin, responsible reviewer at Blue Point Partners, stated that Amply's execution is impressive, as it repeatedly develops and launches products based on its own technology in a short period while achieving actual sales. He noted that the structure where diagnostic results become a standard for consumer behavior is a differentiated competitive element difficult for existing consumer goods companies to obtain, and he expects the company to secure a position in the health consumer goods market.
Kim Jun-min, CEO of Amply, said that the company's users are gradually accumulating diagnostic experience at home. He expressed hope that, through simple and accurate diagnostics, health confirmation and management will become part of daily life.
