en.Wedoany.com Reported - Vivakor, a publicly traded midstream energy and environmental solutions company headquartered in Dallas, has surpassed $323 million in annualized contract revenue after signing a new Permian crude oil transportation agreement. The agreement, reached through its commodity trading platform Vivakor Supply & Trading, LLC (VST), covers an estimated approximately 2,000 barrels of crude oil per day, delivered through Vivakor-operated, pipeline-connected facilities in West Texas and New Mexico.

The agreement is scheduled to commence on July 1, 2026, and is structured as a one-month evergreen contract, automatically renewing unless any relevant party decides to terminate. Based on expected volumes and market prices, the transaction could generate approximately $150,000 in gross revenue per day, roughly $4.5 million per month, and an annual gross revenue of $54 million.

Vivakor's business focus includes crude oil transportation, logistics, storage, and remediation of hydrocarbon-contaminated soil. The company is considered to operate one of the largest fleets of oilfield trucking services in the continental United States. Including the latest transaction, Vivakor's recurring contractual commercial activities and announced supply and trading arrangements reflect an annual contract revenue opportunity exceeding $323 million.

Vivakor Chairman and CEO James Ballengee stated that this deal validates the strategic value of its pipeline-connected infrastructure network spanning the Permian and Delaware Basins. By combining commodity marketing capabilities with physical infrastructure assets, the company is able to provide clients with efficient market access. The terms of the agreement stipulate that crude oil will be delivered through Vivakor-operated, pipeline-connected injection stations located throughout the Permian Basin region of West Texas and New Mexico.
