en.Wedoany.com Reported - Navig8 plans to expand its IMO2 Gamma8 Pool fleet to 29 vessels by 2027, with the first of six new Marineline IMO2 MR tankers from Leonhardt & Blumberg having joined the fleet.

Under a time charter and pool cooperation agreement between Navig8 and Leonhardt & Blumberg, two vessels will join Navig8's IMO2 Gamma Pool upon delivery.

The newly added Hansa Guangzhou was built by Guangzhou Shipyard International, with a deadweight tonnage of 49,500 tons.

Hansa Guangzhou was delivered on June 18 following a naming ceremony for the first two vessels in the series, with its sister ship Hansa Genoa scheduled for delivery in early September.

The remaining four vessels are planned for delivery between October 2026 and March 2027.

The addition of these six vessels will expand the IMO2 Gamma8 Pool fleet to 25 vessels in 2026 and 29 vessels in 2027, enhancing scale and operational flexibility in the IMO2 MR tanker segment.
