The promotion applies to "Lite" and "Value" fares booked between July 5 and 9, with discounts of up to 15%. The promotional fares cover travel dates through March 27, 2027, including school holidays, festive seasons, and winter travel periods. Bookings made through the airline's official website and mobile app will be exempt from convenience fees, and passengers who purchase tickets during the promotion period will receive one free rescheduling opportunity. The promotion opens exclusively on official channels on July 5 and expands to other major booking platforms from July 6.

Travelers logged into Tata NeuPass can enjoy an additional discount of up to INR 500 on international flight bookings and earn up to 8% NeuCoins. With the travel validity extended to the end of March 2027, passengers can plan itineraries covering Onam, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, and the first quarter of 2027.

Currently, Air India Express operates approximately 820 international flights per week, connecting India to multiple destinations in West Asia and Southeast Asia. Its route network covers 13 destinations in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, and Qatar, as well as routes to Southeast Asian cities such as Bangkok, Phuket, and Singapore. The airline has recently expanded its operations in the UAE, adding three new India-UAE routes: Navi Mumbai to Abu Dhabi, Guwahati to Abu Dhabi, and Guwahati to Dubai.
