en.Wedoany.com Reported - Russian communications platform MTS Link has launched an AI agent marketplace, which is integrated into the MTS Link unified communications application. One of the services offered on the marketplace is "Your Assistant," an agent introduced by developers a year ago that currently serves as a digital memory for employees, allowing users to ask questions about meetings and chats they have access to. The first version of the marketplace also provides assistants configured for specific roles and functions, including an HR editor (for writing and optimizing job descriptions), a sales specialist (for creating sales scripts and handling customer objections), a marketer (for optimizing SEO texts and preparing product cards for e-commerce platforms), and an SMM manager (for developing content plans, writing posts, and formulating social media promotion strategies).

The list of agents on the marketplace will continue to expand. Plans are underway to launch an AI secretary that can find and book free time slots in colleagues' calendars and schedule online meetings for them.

MTS Link customers can integrate their own agents into the corporate instant messaging system. In future updates, they will be able to add agents to the MTS Link marketplace themselves, enabling employees to quickly find the agents they need. Additionally, companies will have the opportunity to offer agents to other organizations through the marketplace, including on a paid basis.

"Every day, teams encounter repetitive tasks, and employees are increasingly using public AI models to solve them. This increases the risk of confidential information leaks. AI assistants and agents available within corporate communication platforms reduce these risks. The format of interaction in a unified environment is similar to interacting with colleagues: you can easily find them by name or avatar and send messages in the corporate instant messenger," noted Sergey Tarasenko, Product Director at MTS Link.

According to an MTS Link survey, 13% of Russians familiar with AI reported that their companies are already using AI agents. The most common type of agent is the AI secretary, responsible for tracking calendars, notes, plans, recording activities, sending meeting summaries to participants, and setting calendar tasks (used by 57% of those already using agents). This is followed by report-writing assistants, which prepare data and presentations in text form.

Currently, one-third of Russians using AI still believe they do not need AI agents. The remaining respondents are ready to entrust a wide range of tasks to AI agents. In addition to AI secretaries and report-writing assistants (each desired by 30% of respondents), other mentioned agents include email reply assistants (22%) and office management agents for ordering office supplies (15%). Furthermore, respondents expressed a desire to delegate personnel recruitment and flight booking to AI (12% each).

The MTS Link survey involved 1,010 Russian respondents, 78% of whom use AI at least occasionally. The survey was conducted in the second quarter of 2026.
