en.Wedoany.com Reported - The Huawei China Tour 2026 · Ningbo New Quality Productive Forces Innovation Event was recently held in Ningbo, themed "Riding the Tide, Digital and Intelligent Leap," focusing on the deep integration of artificial intelligence and manufacturing, showcasing the latest achievements of Huawei and its Zhejiang partners in promoting AI implementation across industries.

As a major economic hub in Zhejiang, Ningbo boasts a GDP of 1.8 trillion yuan and a strong foundation in manufacturing and foreign trade. The city is driving industrial transformation and upgrading through a comprehensive "AI + Manufacturing" layout. The "Five Unifications" strategy of government-enterprise collaboration, the closed-loop construction of "Data, Models, Systems, and Scenarios," and the establishment of public platforms and a local industrial AI service ecosystem are accelerating the realization of new quality productive forces. Infrastructure achievements such as the Ningbo AI Intelligent Computing Center, the "5+2+3" low-altitude economy system, and the 3-minute emergency response circle have been implemented. Meanwhile, Ningbo released the nation's first "Reference Guide for Typical 'AI + Manufacturing' Scenarios," outlining 63 benchmark scenarios across 10 major industries, providing methodological support for manufacturing transformation.

At the event, Hangzhou Liangtong Network Engineering Co., Ltd. showcased its remote operations and maintenance (O&M) platform. Integrating network, terminal, and security functions, the platform leverages a built-in self-developed Aico intelligent agent, enabling O&M teams to perform routine inspections, alarm analysis, minute-level fault localization, and automated security responses through natural language, significantly lowering O&M technical barriers and campus network operational costs. Based on the management analysis functions and open application interfaces of Huawei's network solutions, and utilizing Huawei's AP products' anti-interference algorithms and zoom antenna technology, the platform addresses issues such as signal dead zones, slow network speeds, and audio/video stuttering. For VIP users and critical services, the platform ensures network assurance through network slicing technology and traffic identification. Leveraging Huawei's product lines in Wi-Fi, Ethernet, all-optical, enterprise routing, and firewalls, Liangtong provides enterprises with integrated cloud-edge-device network construction services and, relying on a large number of HCIE engineers cultivated in cooperation with Huawei, offers full lifecycle services.

At the conference, Yu Saihua, CMO of Huawei's China Enterprise Business, jointly released over ten AI scenario-based joint solutions with partners including Ningbo Intelligent Manufacturing Group, Ningbo Guoyan Information Technology Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Quanzhen Medical Technology Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Baoxing Smart City Construction Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Ningtang Health Big Data Technology Co., Ltd., Ningbo AI Industry Research Institute, Zhejiang Ruiwei Technology Co., Ltd., Ningbo Jufeng System Software Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Huazhi Wanxiang Technology Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang Jinzhi AI Technology Co., Ltd. These solutions provide lightweight and privatized AI implementation pathways for local small and medium-sized enterprises.

In terms of talent cultivation, Huawei, together with Ningbo Talent Development Group, Ningbo University's School of Artificial Intelligence, Ningbo Higher Education Association, Ningbo University of Finance and Economics, Ningbo University of Technology's School of Cyberspace Security, and Ningbo University of Technology's School of Electronic and Information Engineering, jointly inaugurated the Huawei ICT Academy, building an integrated talent cultivation platform involving government, universities, and enterprises. This platform introduces technology, faculty, and frontline experience, aiming to address the cultivation of AI and ICT technical talent, enabling learners to integrate scenario-based application experience into theoretical learning, acquire the ability to solve practical engineering problems, and align education with industry demands.

Wu Gang, Vice President of Huawei and President of the China Government Enterprise Digital Government System Department, elaborated on five major directions for Huawei's cooperation with Ningbo: First, consolidating digital infrastructure, promoting the upgrade of intelligent computing centers, and building port-side computing clusters; Second, accelerating the integration of AI with the real economy, bridging the "last mile" from technology to industrial value; Third, empowering port intelligent upgrades, reshaping port operational efficiency with computing power and algorithms; Fourth, jointly building trusted data spaces to strengthen digital security defenses; Fifth, strengthening joint talent cultivation, channeling digital talent to Ningbo through ICT academies, HarmonyOS, and AI training centers.
