Klingberg is a benchmark enterprise in the global high-end precision grinding machine sector. This newly built temperature-controlled precision assembly workshop aims to overcome production environment limitations and establish a global manufacturing base. After months of renovation, the workshop's hardware facilities have met the production standards for high-end precision machine tools, including: a temperature control system stabilizing the temperature at 20±2°C to reduce the impact of temperature fluctuations on machine tool accuracy; high-load-bearing production floors with a load capacity of 10t/m², supporting the assembly and commissioning of large heavy-duty grinding machines and machining centers; full-area lighting intensity exceeding 500 Lux to reduce visual fatigue and eliminate subtle errors; and a complete ventilation and cooling support system continuously optimizing the workshop's air environment and stabilizing production conditions.
The lean investment by management and the project team facilitated the delivery of this temperature-controlled workshop, marking a significant step in Klingberg's global production layout.
