en.Wedoany.com Reported - InnoGrid has completed its merger with NHN InJae I&C, integrating cloud and artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure business capabilities. The goal is to strengthen the business system from AI infrastructure to platforms and services by combining the technical expertise and construction/operation experience of both companies, accelerating the capture of public, financial, and enterprise markets.

InnoGrid announced on the 7th that it has officially launched integrated operations as of the merger reference date and held an all-employee integration event called "One InnoGrid Day." This merger aims to strengthen the execution system for cloud operations management, infrastructure construction, transformation operations, and AI infrastructure projects. InnoGrid plans to leverage its own cloud technology capabilities combined with NHN InJae I&C's construction and operation experience to enhance its responsiveness in building and operating cloud and AI infrastructure tailored to customer environments.

The "One InnoGrid Day" event was designed to share the technical direction and operational system of the integrated organization with all employees, under the subtitle "A New Journey Begins Together." Held on the 6th at the Ferrum Hall on the 3rd floor of Ferrum Tower and around InnoGrid's headquarters, the event was attended by all employees of InnoGrid and NHN InJae I&C. Activities included a speech by CEO Kim Myung-jin (김명진), introductions of each division, presentations of key personnel, a Q&A session on the merger, an integration ceremony, a commemorative group photo, and a tour of the headquarters. Both sides reached a consensus on the direction of organizational operations post-merger.

InnoGrid stated that after the merger, it will stably maintain existing contracts, service provision, technical support, and collaboration systems for current customers and partners. Preparations have been completed to avoid any disruption to customer business during the integration process, and necessary notifications will be made sequentially to relevant parties.

On the technical front, this merger aligns with the recently announced "From xPU to AI Platform" roadmap. This roadmap covers the direction of connecting and controlling various resources such as GPU, NPU, CPU, and QPU, as well as multi-cloud, hybrid cloud, and AI service environments, through a single control plane. Based on this, InnoGrid aims to go beyond simple infrastructure provision and upgrade to platform capabilities that support the construction, operation, and optimization of AI services.

Post-merger, InnoGrid plans to extend its cloud operations management and infrastructure construction experience into AI infrastructure, data center computing infrastructure, and AI platform domains. As demand for AI applications grows among public, financial, and enterprise customers, the company will focus on providing an integrated execution system that connects the entire process of construction, operation, and management.

CEO Kim Myung-jin (김명진) of InnoGrid stated that this merger is not merely a combination of organizations but a process of strengthening the business foundation to more stably and systematically respond to changes in the cloud and AI infrastructure market. The company plans to combine its cloud technology capabilities with NHN InJae I&C's construction and operation experience to offer customers broader technical support and a stable execution system. Kim added that through the "One InnoGrid Day" event, all employees shared a unified direction and resolved to embark on a new beginning together after the merger. Moving forward, InnoGrid will continuously upgrade its technical capabilities covering cloud operations management, data center computing infrastructure, AI infrastructure, and AI platforms, evolving into a specialized enterprise that stably supports the digital transformation and AI application of public, financial, and enterprise customers.
