India's Route Mobile Partners with Sweden's Truecaller to Reach 500 Million Users and Expand Enterprise Messaging Business

The collaboration aims to help businesses communicate with customers through verified, interactive, and secure messaging.

Under the partnership, Route Mobile will offer Truecaller Business Messaging to enterprises, enabling them to conduct trusted communications at scale through the Truecaller platform. The two companies stated that the integration is designed to enhance customer engagement, making business interactions safer, more reliable, and more effective.

Route Mobile noted that the partnership will allow enterprises to reach Truecaller's global user base of over 500 million monthly active users and send rich media messages including images, documents, and videos.

The platform supports both one-way and two-way communication, with features such as verified business messaging, actionable hyperlinks, smart priority sticky notifications, and read receipts. These features are intended to help organizations improve customer interactions and boost engagement through authenticated communications.

Commenting on the partnership, Tushar Agnihotri, CEO of Route Mobile, said that the collaboration combines the company's Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) infrastructure with Truecaller's enterprise messaging capabilities, enabling businesses to deliver trusted customer communications while supporting secure and scalable interactions.

Priyam Bose, Head of Global Go-to-Market (GTM) at Truecaller, stated that the partnership is expected to expand the adoption of Truecaller Business Messaging and enable more enterprises to communicate with customers using verified and contextually relevant messages through Route Mobile's global network.
