This will be handled by the real estate registration authority at the same level, following the principle of "who grants, who registers." Previously applied mining rights registrations will continue to be processed according to the original procedures.

The types of mining rights registration included in the unified real estate registration system cover initial registration, change registration, transfer registration, cancellation registration, mortgage registration, correction registration, inquiry (lifting) registration, as well as reissuance and replacement of certificates, and information inquiry services. Mining rights registration will be handled by the real estate registration authority at the same level as the mining rights granting department. If China or the province adjusts the authority for mining rights granting and registration in the future, the new policy will apply.
