en.Wedoany.com Reported - In the latest soil geochemical study at the Zorro Project in San Juan Province, Argentina, Sable Resources has delineated two mineralized zones and identified a new gold anomaly. The analysis, involving 1,719 samples, aims to evaluate vein systems and copper, gold, and silver targets previously identified through geological mapping, structural analysis, rock sampling, and geophysical studies.

The results reveal two main mineralized zones within the project: a copper-silver zone in the west, associated with gold, bismuth, and tungsten, and a gold-silver-zinc zone in the east. The data not only confirm and expand the extent of known targets such as Zorro Copper and Zorro North but also uncover a new gold anomaly named Zorro Gold. The Zorro Copper area exhibits a copper-silver anomaly approximately 800 meters by 500 meters, while the area of interest at Zorro North has significantly expanded to over 2,000 meters by 1,000 meters. Additionally, a new copper anomaly has been identified east of Zorro North, pending evaluation in future exploration work. The newly discovered Zorro Gold area features a gold anomaly approximately 1,600 meters by 1,000 meters, with previous rock sampling recording up to 140 g/t gold and 259 g/t silver.
Rubén Padilla, Chairman and CEO of Sable Resources, stated that this update reflects the company's systematic exploration approach, where new information from each phase continuously reinforces confidence in the project's copper-gold potential. The soil results have expanded existing targets and revealed new areas of interest, strengthening the expectation that the Zorro Project hosts a significant mineral system associated with intrusive rocks. As a next step, Sable Resources is preparing to launch an initial diamond drilling program in late July, aimed at evaluating targets including Zorro Copper, Zorro North, Zorro Breccia, IP anomalies, and Zorro Gold to analyze the continuity and characteristics of the identified mineralized zones.
