The two new facilities complement Brett's existing operations in Newhaven and Portsmouth, enabling its distribution network to cover customers along the South Coast and extend towards the M25 corridor. Under the new network layout, Chichester Rail Siding will primarily supply rock and secondary aggregate products, while Shoreham Wharf will focus on marine aggregates and ready-mix concrete. Through these strategically located regional distribution points, Brett can offer a wider range of construction materials.

Phil Coupland, Managing Director of Brett Aggregates, said the new sites build on the existing supply of construction materials in both locations.
