Designed by the firm's architects Ermis Adamantidis and Dominiki Dadatsi, the project is situated on a narrow plot of approximately 2,700 square feet (about 250 square meters). The building features a linear "Z"-shaped layout, skillfully weaving through existing olive and pine trees.

Not a Number Architects, headquartered in Thessaloniki, Greece, was co-founded by Ermis Adamantidis and Dominiki Dadatsi. The "Treelithon" project is located in a coastal forest area of Halkidiki, about an hour's drive from Thessaloniki, on a plot owned by the Adamantidis family. This project serves not only as a family vacation home designed by the architects for their own use but also cleverly incorporates two independent rental units within the main building for seasonal visitors.

The overall structure consists of two stone towers and a white horizontal volume partially clad in stone. Its name "Treelithon" is inspired by its form resembling a trilithon. The design team stated that this unique shape reflects their site-specific design approach. According to the architects, the residence serves as their "sanctuary" in the region, aiming to pass on to their two children the memories of summers spent in Halkidiki during their own childhood.

The project achieves an efficient integration of private family space and seasonal rental functions on a narrow plot, showcasing Not a Number Architects' exploration of spatial organization and site-specific design under constrained site conditions.
