GRS owner and Managing Director Tom Keane said: "The Chaderton project is another step in our evolving partnership with Rowland Homes. Each project has its own technical requirements, and this one is no exception. The surface water drainage alone requires real capability to execute properly. This is the kind of infrastructure work that GRS excels at and is known for." Rowland Homes Managing Director George Rowley said: "We have worked with GRS on several projects now. They understand our standards and deliver on schedule, which is critical for the start of a project of this scale. 149 plots represent a significant commitment for us in this part of Greater Manchester, and the infrastructure must be right from the outset. GRS has the technical capability to handle surface water drainage of this magnitude, giving us confidence in the build."
