en.Wedoany.com Reported - On July 10, HEC Group's subsidiary, Dongguan HEC Cloud Intelligence Computing Technology Co., Ltd., signed a computing service procurement contract with a certain enterprise, Company C, with an estimated total amount ranging from 13 billion to 15 billion yuan, with final settlement based on orders and actual delivery. The contract takes effect on July 10, 2026, with each order providing continuous service for 60 months after acceptance.

HEC Cloud Intelligence Computing will procure high-performance computing servers according to the client's technical specifications, completing equipment testing, comprehensive stress testing, and server rack deployment. After the servers pass acceptance, the company will deliver computing resources on a lease basis and be responsible for operation and maintenance throughout the contract period. The client will pay monthly fees based on the number of servers that have passed acceptance and the monthly rental per unit. This model delivers not individual servers, but a continuously operating computing cluster with supporting operation and maintenance services.

Before the computing cluster officially starts billing, it must undergo equipment delivery, hardware inspection, performance testing, and client acceptance. After high-performance servers enter the data center, they also require configuration of high-speed networks, storage systems, power supply and distribution, liquid cooling or air cooling equipment, and completion of interconnection debugging between computing nodes. Model training, inference services, and data processing demand high cluster stability; a single node failure, network congestion, or abnormal heat dissipation may affect the overall computing availability rate.

HEC Cloud Intelligence Computing has previously signed computing service contracts worth 16 billion to 19 billion yuan and 10 billion to 12 billion yuan, respectively. This contract continues the delivery model of "procuring servers—testing and stress testing—rack deployment—client acceptance—monthly leasing." The company stated that previous contracts are progressing as agreed, with client acceptance already obtained. The total estimated amount of the three contracts ranges from 39 billion to 46 billion yuan.

Large-scale computing lease contracts also require centralized server procurement, along with simultaneous construction of data centers, power supply, networks, and cooling conditions. Whether HEC Cloud Intelligence Computing can establish sustained service capabilities mainly depends on server supply, funding, cluster deployment progress, client acceptance results, and equipment availability during the 60-month operation period. The specific delivery scale and chip models used for this project have not yet been disclosed.
