en.Wedoany.com Reported - Japanese software company Micware (Micware Co., Ltd., NASDAQ: MWC) has announced the establishment of a subsidiary, "Micware Spacia Co., Ltd.," to fully engage in spatial intelligence business, aiming to create new value in the Web4 era.

The new company will be formed by changing the trade name of a consolidated subsidiary. Micware Navigations Co., Ltd. will be renamed Micware Spacia Co., Ltd. Masahide Shigeno, who serves as Acting Representative Director, President, and Chief Technology Officer of the DynaPlanet platform, will assume the roles of Representative Director, President, and CEO of the new company while continuing his existing duties. Part of the business of Micware Navigations will be transferred to Micware Automotive Co., Ltd. to strengthen the micAuto platform business. Kenta Imaida, the current Representative Director, President, and CEO of Micware Navigations, will be reassigned to Micware Automotive. These changes will take effect on September 1, 2026.
