The tender scope includes the installation of a total of 16 kW of grid-connected rooftop solar systems on three buildings: a 1 kW system at the Anganwadi Centre, a 5 kW system at the SLS Trust Office, and a 10 kW system at the Market Complex. The project also includes the installation of a 5 kW rooftop solar system with battery backup for a clinic.
Additionally, the winning developer is required to install 216 solar street light systems rated at 50 W, 4 solar high-mast lighting systems, 4 solar small-pole lighting systems, and 20 solar street lights rated at 20 W on public infrastructure such as schools, sports venues, temples, and community areas. The project scope also includes comprehensive maintenance of all installed assets for five years.
OREDA noted that the overall project size may be subject to adjustments of up to 100% increase or decrease based on site feasibility.
According to the bid data sheet, the estimated costs for each project component are: 872,000 Indian Rupees for the 16 kW rooftop solar installation; 525,000 Indian Rupees for the 5 kW rooftop system with battery backup; 8,208,000 Indian Rupees for 216 solar street lights; 1,016,000 Indian Rupees for 4 solar high-mast lighting systems; 508,000 Indian Rupees for 4 solar small-pole lighting systems; and 430,000 Indian Rupees for 20 solar street lights rated at 20 W.
The tender adopts a single-stage, two-envelope electronic bidding system and is a domestic competitive tender. Online bids must be submitted by July 12, 2026, with physical copies of certain technical documents due by July 13, 2026.
