The event was jointly organized by the company's labor union and the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) department, aiming to assess the comprehensive capabilities of frontline operators in both theoretical knowledge and practical operation.

After rigorous preliminary selections, over 100 frontline key personnel participated, with 31 finalists advancing to the finals. The competition adopted a dual assessment model combining "theory + practice."

The practical competition was divided into two sessions, morning and afternoon. Under scorching heat, participants strictly adhered to safety operation protocols, controlled their speed, and completed tasks such as precision shooting, carrying water buckets, and navigating around obstacles. The equipment used was LiuGong's E-series 3-ton lithium-ion forklift. The judging panel scored comprehensively based on multiple dimensions, including operational standardization, safety details, work efficiency, and cargo placement accuracy.

The theoretical assessment was conducted in a closed-book format, covering core topics such as forklift operation procedures, daily vehicle inspections, cargo loading and unloading protection, plant traffic safety, and emergency response to accidents. After a pre-exam briefing, participants completed the written test.

Logistics support for the event was handled by safety officers, union staff, and forklift service personnel. Safety officers continuously monitored vehicle dynamics, union staff ensured the supply of logistical materials, and forklift service personnel kept the participating vehicles in optimal performance condition.
