This pilot line fills a global gap in the 8-inch two-dimensional semiconductor pilot-scale production sector. Currently, the production line has achieved coordinated operation of all equipment, with core machinery such as lithography machines and etching tools working in synergy. The technical team is conducting process debugging, parameter optimization, and stability testing to prepare for subsequent mass production.

Yuanjiwei stated that it will continue to deepen its focus on the two-dimensional semiconductor track, driving technology from laboratory research and development toward industrialization, standardization, and mass production, while bridging key links from cutting-edge technology to industrial applications.
