Google Cloud stated that this is the largest enterprise AI agent deployment in South Korea.

On the 13th, Google Cloud announced an expansion of its strategic partnership with Samsung Electronics, providing Zeminai Enterprise services to DX division employees globally, including in South Korea. The two companies plan to build an "Agentic AI" work environment capable of autonomously executing business tasks.

Samsung Electronics employees can use the Zeminai Enterprise application to integrate and query information scattered across multiple internal systems and apply it to actual business operations. The service is positioned not as an AI chatbot, but as a collaboration platform connecting enterprise internal data.

This deployment also lays the foundation for future expansion of AI agent capabilities. Samsung Electronics plans to gradually introduce multi-step AI agents capable of autonomously handling complex business tasks after accumulating AI usage experience in an enterprise-grade security and governance environment.

To support non-developer employees in applying AI to their work, Google Cloud provides a low-code, no-code environment, enabling frontline departments such as HR and marketing to directly build AI agents tailored to their business needs. Additionally, its development team offers frameworks for building, operating, and optimizing various AI models.

Security and data sovereignty have been strengthened. Zeminai Enterprise will be distributed in a dedicated Google Cloud environment (Tenant) for Samsung Electronics' DX division, with sensitive enterprise data managed in an isolated environment, giving the company direct control over data and AI operations.
