China's JAC Group Wins National Quality Innovation Professional Level II Award

This marks the first time JAC Group has received an innovation achievement honor at this national quality competition.

Hosted by China Quality Magazine, the event evaluated 43 high-quality projects covering China's key pillar industries. Quality management benchmark achievements from various sectors competed on the same stage, highlighting the event's professional depth and intense industry competition.

With the rapid development of the new energy commercial vehicle industry, the assembly processes for the three-electric system—battery, electric control, and electric motor—have become increasingly complex. On-site wiring, installation, and other procedures impose stricter standards on overall quality control. To address existing pain points in the assembly and end-of-line inspection processes for new energy light trucks, the Manufacturing Center has built an intelligent inspection system. By leveraging digital control methods to fill quality control gaps, it has moved quality checkpoints forward to the entire final assembly process, preventing assembly deviations at the source. This achieves simultaneous improvement in vehicle safety performance and product quality, enables proactive control of quality risks, and effectively optimizes production efficiency.
